Meet Douglas Reichert LPC, ACS! As the self-described “Principal” of Behavioral Crossroads, he wears several hats, though his official title is “Mental Health Program Director, and Substance Abuse Recovery Administrator.” His responsibilities include running all programs provided here, and managing all treatment services. When asked why he wanted to work in the mental health field, he said he “enjoys seeing people feel more well and happier.” The most difficult part of his job? “There’s only 7 days in the week!” The best part of his job though, is watching his staff grow, and seeing students go on to become supervisors. Thinking about reaching out for help? “If you have to ask the question, then you should address it.” Give us a call to see if Doug and his staff can help you!
